Conditions of entry

You must be 18 years or older.
Have lived in the area for 30 days
Be in need of sheltered housing
Able to live independently

Complete the Application Form below.
If applying as a couple, each individual is required to complete an application form.
You should be aware that if you do not provide the full facts or if you knowingly give false information in relation to your application, you will be breaking the law as set out in Section 171 of the Housing Act 1996.

1. Upon receiving your application, we will check that you meet our initial eligibility criteria and make an appointment to discuss your application further.
   You may be requested to take a drug test and attend an interview/assessment after which your application will approved or denied.
2. You may be asked for evidence to support information you have supplied on this form.
3. You may be assessed a subsistence fee that will be due each month.
4. TLCC has a no-pet policy for all participants.
   All information will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Our goals for our unhoused neighbors that are participating in the Total Life Christian Center Transitional Life Skills Development Program:

Maintaining healthy relationships with God and People

Developing work and study habits that are conducive to transitional life development

Using orientation skills and public transportation

Developing skills for securing food, cooking, and cleaning Developing skills for budgeting, saving, and paying bills

Developing skills for using computers, tablets, phones, and the internet

TLCC will comply with existing and any subsequent data protection legislation and will only process an applicant’s personal data as outlined in TLCC Handbook.

If you are accepted in the program you will as a condition of participation in the program attend the Daily Devotional meetings Monday - Friday 7:00 am, Saturday 9:30 am, Bible Study on Monday Evenings at 7:00 pm, and Sunday Worship Service at 8:00 am.

The information you have provided in this application will be used to allow us to assess and prioritize you for program acceptance and temporary accommodations if available.
